Ways Of Overcoming Depression Without Medication

1. Find small ways to be of service to others. 2. Find workable goals that will give you a sense of accomplishment.  3. Schedule pleasant activities or events.  4. Stay in the present.  5. Exercise and eat right too.  6. Focus on people who lift you.  7. Sleep regularly: Try to keep a regular sleep schedule.  Remember: You're unique and don't compare yourself with anyone.  Have a pleasant week ahead.  If you have any problem fill me in on it. 

Motivate Yourself To Work Hard.

1. Don't think about things as hard work. 2. Create small, Bite- sized goals. 3. Read Daily. 4. Stop caring about things that don't matter.  5. Set a Quit Time.  6. Just Do It.  7. Celebrate Wins.  Pleasant Week Ahead.
