Everyday Habits That Could Cause Wrinkles

According to Healthline, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles is inexorably linked to the aging process, but some lifestyle choices can hasten this inevitable process. Some of the following daily habits may be hastening the onset of wrinkles: Forgetting to put on sunscreen: Being out in the sun without protection is a major contributor to developing wrinkles and skin aging prematurely. Even if it's cloudy or you won't be spending much time outside, you should still apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 every day. Apply it liberally to your hands, arms, legs, face, and any other exposed skin. According to Healthline, lack of water intake can cause your skin to become dry and dull, which in turn can accentuate fine lines and wrinkles. It's crucial to replenish lost moisture through adequate water intake daily to maintain healthy, youthful skin. What's the most shocking thing you found in your spouse's possessions?

After my husband passed away from cancer in 2017. I was cleaning out his office space and I found a letter from his cancer doctor. The letter said that his cancer was terminal and he had to 4–6 months to live and would remain on chemotherapy until then. I knew my husband had cancer. And he told me he was just going to fight it again, like last time. He never mentioned the letter or the diagnosis the doctor gave him. The letter was dated November 2016. My husband went into liver failure on April 9, 2017. I had no idea he was terminal so I was fighting to keep him alive. By talking to the doctors to do more. To perform the stint surgery again to unblock his bile duct. And they did that. Still my husband never said anything to me about terminal cancer and having 4–6 months to live. He passed away on May 26, 2017. I believe he was in denial of dying. And also he didn’t want me or the kids spending the last 6 months of his life crying and being sad. He took the kids skiing in Colorado in Ja...

What Breaks A Narcissist

What breaks a narcissist? Ignore their forms of manipulation. Narcissists use their games to manipulate you, so don't let them. They have a whole slew of games they use to control you, such as love bombing, gaslighting, and revenge. You can’t beat a narcissist by playing their games because that’s what they want. Just ignore them when they try to manipulate you. This will drive them crazy because they can’t control you any more. Don't argue with an narcissist because they'll just keep escalating things until they get their way. They're incapable of seeing things from your point of view. Just ignore them. Revenge is actually one of the narcissist’s games. When they feel slighted, they'll spread rumors about you, destroy your stuff, or get violent. In some cases, they'll pursue revenge over a long period of time. Normal ways of getting revenge don’t work on a narcissist, but they’ll hate seeing you move on. Flaunt how happy you are without them. Seeing you happy a...

What's the biggest lesson that life has taught you?

When I was 14, liked a boy a lot because of his character, good behavior and I respect him a lot. He is my senior. While having a conversation with him once he funnily said “ sunaina, if you reduce your weight a bit you will look more gorgeous”. But I took it seriously, without thinking about what is right or wrong I blindly fixed to lose weight for him and I don't know ways to how to lose weight except avoiding food. I can somehow manage eating food when I was outside but what about at home? When my mother cooked chapati, bread, or whatever food for me without knowing to my parents I used to roll and hide that food in paper and while going to school I used to throw it on the roadside dustbin and this continued for 1 month. One day my mother prepare lunch for me and kept it in a box to take to school. I thought if food is present with me I will somehow tempt to eat so what I did while leaving my home I went to my apartment cellar and threw the food in Dustbin, watchmen observed thi...
