THE LEARNING HUB: What are some confidence hacks

1.Deepen your voice as much as possible while speaking.

2.Be loud and clear. Never mumble stuff. Even if you're telling the right thing, talking with a low volume makes you look like an unsure person.

3.While walking, always stay upright with your chest facing forward.

4.Always maintain eye contact while speaking or delivering a speech. Looking elsewhere shows doubt and nervousness.

5.Never fidget with things like keys etc. or play with your fingers. All of this is a sign of nervousness.

6.Always make sure that you have a natural smile on your face when you're discussing something casual. It'll make you look more comfortable.

7.Use as much space as possible. The more the space you use, the more confidence you demonstrate.

8.Make sure you make relevant hand and body gestures while delivering speeches. Never stay stiff.

9.Always be well groomed

10.Above all, let go of your fears. They are your main demons. Never care about what others would think and voice your opinion.

Cheers!

THE LEARNING HUB: What Six Habits Can Transform My Habits Completely

The 6 habits of a fearless and virtuous man/woman can transform your confidence completely and make you happy, confident, and assured: 1. Avoidance of regret Often times, when we choose the wrong course of action, we have a feeling of regret, or a feeling of “what if I had chosen differently?” It’s human nature to desire happiness, but when we make wrong decisions, we often suffer. For example, a person can choose the wrong job because of a lack of job opportunities in a different career field. Or a person can choose the wrong girl or boy because they have so much chemistry with that person (and they feel like they’ll be “forever” together). The key is to learn to avoid regret and avoid regret behavior. Learn to avoid regret by learning to adapt and respond with grace and dignity in situations where you can’t choose the right path. To learn how to avoid regret, you first need to know how to cultivate the mental discipline of patience. Then, you must learn to perceive the present moment...
