THE LEARNING HUB: How Can I change my life completely and make it interesting

1 Talk to people not to improve but to observe and understand.

2 Dedicate at least half an hour to exercise, half an hour to hobby, half an hour for self-improvement each day.

3 Spend at least one hour of early morning time in acquiring knowledge or walking and enjoying the smooth winds outside.

4 Write a schedule for each day, make a checklist of all important activities, make sure you check most of them before falling asleep.
15 minutes: Introspect your day and identify scope of improvement. Next 15 minutes: Be thankful for whatever went right in the day and express gratitude for whatever you have till date. (Schedule for last half an hour before sleeping.)

5 Be joyful about challenges and issues in life, feel excited to test your strengths and to come out of them like a warrior. Be happy and fearless. Commit to face and fight.

6 Seek inspiration from every person you see, every person does some inspiring things in their life, however, all we do is to feel envious of them, instead appreciate them, compliment them and seek inspiration to push your limits.

7 Do one thing at a time if possible: eating, sleeping, talking, driving, working, entertainment. Don't mix, especially smartphone in all of this and create a chaos.

8 Fix a routine if possible, time of sleeping, waking up, meals, bathing, working. It keeps your body healthy, mind right and channelises energy into work.

THE LEARNING HUB: It's a funny thing about the modern..

It's a funny thing about the modern world. You hear girls in the toilets of clubs saying, " ... He didn't love me. He just couldn't deal with love. He was too f*cked up to know how to love me." Now, how did that happen? What was it about this unlovable century that convinced us we were, despite everything, eminently lovable as a people, as a species? What made us think that anyone who fails to love us is damaged, lacking, malfunctioning in some way? And particularly if they replace us with a god, or a weeping madonna, or the face of Christ in a ciabatta roll then we call them crazy. Deluded. Regressive. We are so convinced of the goodness of ourselves, and the goodness of our love, we cannot bear to believe that there might be something more worthy of love than us, more worthy of worship. Greetings cards routinely tell us everybody deserves love. No. Everybody deserves clean water. Not everybody deserves love all the time. ~Zadie Smith (Art: Painting by Alia E. El...

THE LEARNING HUB: To laugh is to risk appearing a fool,

To laugh is to risk appearing a fool, To weep is to risk appearing sentimental. To reach out to another is to risk involvement, To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self. To place your ideas and dreams before a crowd is to risk their loss. To love is to risk not being loved in return, To live is to risk dying, To hope is to risk despair, To try is to risk failure. But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing. He may avoid suffering and sorrow, But he cannot learn, feel, change, grow or live. Chained by his servitude he is a slave who has forfeited all freedom. Only a person who risks is free. ~Leo Buscaglia (Art: Photograph by Izis Bidermanas) ©THE LEARNING HUB 2023
